This is not the greatest post on DU...it's just a tribute
just like the Tenacious D song...I cannot remember what I was going to post. But god dammit the greatest post ever came to me last night in a dream. There was controversy and laughter, and it was so great that it brought together hardcore lounge lizards and GDers so much so that we were able to unite and impeach Bush and cure cancer all in the same day. It was going to have 11 million responses (sorry dial-up) and cat pictures...lots of cat pictures. Look I even had this trophy made to commemorate the greatest post ever.

But sadly it is lost somewhere in the deep corners of my brain, never to see the light of day again. All that remains is this tribute thread :cry:

of the biggest doobies ever and had this really cool revelation of life, the universe and everything. I could see all the answers, knew what they meant and saw how everything related to everything else. Sooooo kewl and so cosmic.

Got straight and could only remember the feeling of knowing all and couldn't even begin to describe that feeling much less the actual revelation. . .

Had to fix spell check changes!

the actual greatest thread would have gotten 80,000 votes which is unbelievable since there are only 73,000 members here.
