I'm about to end my business relationship w/ Sprint PCS
my contract is up on 8/8. When we took in a kid last December, they wouldn't let me add a line to my plan, so I'm dumping them.

Any recommendations on which cellular network I should turn to?

2. Check with sprint again.
I went from being able to have four lines to being able to six additional lines on my family plan. 2000 minutes a month for $120 for four phones. I don't think anyone else has a plan that cheap.

7. That's a very valid reason for not wanting to use them.

And it's free in-network calling between customers.

8. We used to have Sprint cellular, and I can't say enough BAD about it!
We have had a number of other cellular carriers, but none proved as bad as Sprint. So many of our calls were dropped, they would charge us out-of-area calls, which weren't so, and many, many other things. Speaking with their Customer Service was a joke.

We switched to Verizon, and have been VERY pleased with their service, in every way. At this point, I can't see us switching to any other carrier, as we are so pleased with them...

10. Verizon offers great quality
SO they donated to a repuke. I can't do anything about it and all large corporations bribe donate to political figures.

So I don't care about the politicians, I care for the service the company offers.

Therefore I say verizon.

11. We use US Cellular
and have always had good service. When we started using more minutes than in our package I called and they changed our package retroactive to when we started using the minutes so our bill would not be so high. We've broken three phones and they've helped us purchase new phones on rebates so we don't spend a fortune. I really like them.

13. another
happy verizon customer here. i've had them for 5 years and i almost never experience dropped calls or bad customer service. I've also traveled pretty much everywhere in the US and it works pretty much everywhere. Had a little trouble in Bangor, ME and that's about it.

I've been with Verizon since they were Bell Atlantic and I've never had a problem with their service. They re-checked my credit behind my back, which mad me angry, but then I learned all cell phone companies do that over time. It's in the fine print of your contract.

Not sure what part of the country you're in, but if you have Alltel in your area, avoid that company like the plague.
