8. Oh, I took a little too much niacin once
I heard that it was supposed to help with migraines. Problem was, I had already taken a multi-vitamin, then I took a days worth of niacin.

Holy Shit! I started itching and turned red everywhere! My head and arms especially itched like fucking crazy. My face turned red and was burning. It took an hour before I was back to normal.
