Anyone buy coffee online?
Got any good suggestions as to where to buy and what?

I'm not a coffee snob by any means, but looking for some decent, but not outrageously expensive stuff.

1. I never found it to be worth the shipping costs
You can get better coffee and cheaper if you find a good local roaster.

Gevalia is about $4 - $5 for 8oz of coffee.

And that sounds pretty reasonable for $. By the way, you're pretty quick on the draw with the ol' delete button too. Hope there was a mod consensus on deleting post #3. :o

12. Gevalia is the best coffee I've ever had
And they don't add extra caffiene, like Folger's, Maxwell House, etc. do.

10. Nope, I'm very happy with the coffee at Costco
It's the best I've had, and it's SUPER cheap. I get the organic "Rainforest Blend".. $6.50 for a huge bag of beans.

11. YES! Order from The Planet Coffee roasters in Calgary
Get some of their Cuban Coffee. Have them mark it "Barney's" (that way customs doesn't nab it)

EXCELLENT STUFF!!!!

16. Community Coffee
I got hooked in college, and now I can't drink anything else. It is a regional coffee out of Louisiana. The selection is fantastic. And, for 10 lbs of medium roast, including shipping, it's only about 50 bucks

My partner started buying all our coffee there (and roasting it himself (sigh), which is messy).

sweetmarias.com

good prices on equipment, beans, you name it.
