Confession - I fell off the wagon
Yes, after over a year without drinking coffee, I am back on the juice. I stopped drinking it because I went through a really long period of my insomnia and was trying everything to try to sleep. The insomnia went into remission a while back, but I stayed off of the "mean bean". I had a taste for it the other day, and now I am drinking it again. I am so ashamed...

8. It Might be Worth Visiting
support groups for incurable diseases in order to start sleeping better again. Just a suggestion.

13. Coffee is good for you.
Just stop drinking it about 7 hours before you go to bed to help with the insomnia.

14. That's a tough monkey to kick
I went pretty much cold turkey when I was hospitalized for a week (ew, crappy decaf hospital coffee :puke:), but once I got out I was back on the java within a week.

But I suppose if I must have ONE addiction, I'll take the coffee over anything else.
