the horizon isn't rotated. If you saw the original, you'd see that. But when I cropped it, it looked skewed.

As for the smilie... that was me calling you silly for thinking you lack in composition skills. Silly ET Awful!

Sometimes it's hard to tell if the horizon is rotated or not. Much of that comes as a result of perspective.

That happens most often when shooting buildings from weird angles :)

It's the work of some of the talented photographers in our group. I hope you don't think I took all these pictures.

If you're interested, here's the one that I was going to post this month before I agreed to host the contest when the original host was TSed. (The rule is that the host of the contest can't post a photo.)

It's called "All Spawned Out." I took this hanging over the side of the old Canyon Creek Bridge on the Seward Highway south of Anchorage.
