COnvert a word doc to a jpeg - quick!
How do I do this? The reason I ask is because the word file has some math symbols that are not pasting well when I copy and paste and the only idea I can think of is to make it a jpeg and then drop into photobucket and show the photo. Any ideas?

2. You could take a screenshot maybe
Just hit the Print Screen key and then paste it into whatever image editing software you use.

6. Good program for editing your screen-shot:
http://www.irfanview.com/

1 Take a screen-shot

2 In Irfanview just click on paste in the Edit menu.

3 select the portion of the screen-shot you want.

4 Click on copy in the Edit menu

5 close Irfanview then reopen it (it's the fastest way)

6 click on paste in the Edit menu and save as Jpeg.

12. This worked somewhat and sufficiently...

The only problem is that the Greek letters were shifted way out of place, so I told the people on that message board to read it and just assume the Greek letters were where they were supposed to be!

Edited to say that I already took the quiz (so I was not looking for answers!) and left it as a sample for what other jobhunters may encounter in their interviews!

11. My thought too. Open Office will export to .pdf
You might also try saving it as an .html in Word, and then try cutting and pasting.

13. Mac or Windows?
On Mac you can print it to a PDF, then open it in Preview and save it back out as a JPEG or TIFF.
