My tummy hurts

I am afraid the 18 chicken wings I had for dinner last night and beer is acting up. I have taken a bunch of tums and a prilosec, but, damn, it still feels like I am getting a icepick in the gut.

Any remedies?

This is how I usually feel after eating a great big pile of anything. Just have to use a bunch of antacids.
