Waterbury resident. Spend most of my time in New Haven.

Waterbury has its good points and bad.
Good points is that its a fairly decent city and I'm not from that area originally so its cool just to hang out up there and blend in.
I like the fact that it is indeed a city, lot of variety as far as people, cultures...
The city is poorly run and has lots of rundown sections. It needs a major overhaul.
