famous cornball "pop" orchestral piece. Don't know the composer, possibly Leroy Anderson ("Sleighride"). You would recognize it if you heard it.

10. All those great spaghetti western themes by
Ennio Morricone - Fistful of Dollars, theGood the Bad and the Ugly, many more. Morricone feels whistling has been neglected by composers, so he's given it a prominent place in a lot of his music. I'm not at home right now, so I can't give you a list of whistling-specific tunes.
