Whats for dinner? I'm thinking Roasted Chicken...with mashed potatoes

What else goes good with roasted chicken?

As for my dinner, I'm having whatever my husband wants to make.

7. I really like lots of veggies with my meals. I get those little frozen

ones from Green Giant or Birdseye. Then I like to eat leftovers for lunch the next day.
