I work with slackard men
Roll in around 9am, run off to Starbucks for an hour, take extended lunch hours, leave early. And they get away with it, time after time, after time. So it's true, there's one rule for some of us, and another rule for them. They do this because they know they can get away with it because their supervisors don't want to confront them. Too bad corporate doesn't know about them. I've worked many places in my life and must say this is the most unprofessional place I've ever been at. Flip flops and all.

2. What's wrong with flip flops?
Honestly--I don't get this professional culture where somehow you're more serious about working if you have a suit/'work clothes' on. I also don't get how sitting chained to a desk for a full 7 hours (minus exactly half an hour for lunch) says you're doing more, or better work.

Does these guys get their work done? Do they cause others to miss deadlines? Do they miss deadlines themselves? Do they make more work for other people? Then yeah, I'd agree that they're slackers.
