3. One of my all time fav's.
I quote it frequently. I'm not sure how many times I've flipped open the phone book to look for a number and just pointed at whatever page it landed on and said "Johnson. Navin R. Sounds like a typical asshole." Fewer people get it these days, but it's always good for a laugh for the ones that do.

I was just thinking that of all the comedies of that time, "The Jerk" is one that I wouldn't mind seeing remade, updated and starring Will Ferrell.

The mere suggestion may upset a few folks because the first one is such a classic, but I could see real potential for Will Ferrell in a remake.

It's PERFECT as is and would lose a lot if it were removed from the disco era.
