He'll make a dozen of them because everyone wants one. It's my youngest's favorite kind of pie.

Nevermind--apricots are not what I would want since a disturbing incident one thanksgiving. We were eating the pie, and my grandmother said "1979 was a good year for apricots". They had been in the damn freezer for 20 years. Now I eat before I go to her house:shrug:

20. Key Lime Pie
I used to visit Burt's restaurant in the Greensboro/High Point area of North Carolina when I'd be down there on business-the BEST key Lime Pie.....great seafood also.....
Lemon Meringue is another great one for summer, blueberry, pecan, apple crumble....now to look thru my kitchen-I DO have a pie crust in the freezer!
