1. Mind Walk
the ideas presented in that film are a blueprint for the way the world needs to live.

2. Secretary or Urbania
But given the choices you gave us I'd have to go with Donnie Darko.

Khash.

3. That depends.
Do you want to see a very good but amazingly depressing movie, or a very good but amazingly disturbing movie?

These are my two movies that came from Netflix today.

7. I'd go for Donnie Darko, personally.
Requiem For A Dream is VERY good (Ellen Barkin's performance is especially brilliant), but it's just BRUTALLY depressing.

11. You mean Ellen Surstyn
But yeah, you're pretty well spot on. Donnie Darko is a little more entertaining than Requiem as well.

15. Well I just finished the movie.
That was very strange, but I really liked it. I thought it was sort of sad, actually.

I am going to go read about in on IMDB now! :hi:

4. Do you feel like wishing you were dead?
Edited on Fri Jul-29-05 07:03 PM by tjdee
If so, watch Requiem For A Dream. It is beyond depressing. Just consider the title-- A dream only needs a requiem if it's dead.

Donnie Darko, very cool, just as disturbingly effective, just as 'oooohhh, not a mainstream film'....and very interesting. Liked it quite a bit.

8. Yes, yes it is.
It's just...it's basically a film about "whose life is the worst?"

:scared:

10. Requiem definitely isn't the type of movie you watch...
If you want to sit back and be entertained. It's dark and brutal. Excellent film,, just not exactly entertaining.
