TCM has a display at the Mall of America this weekend
I just got back from the Mall to see the display sponsored by Turner Classic Movies.

They have some costumes on display, a script from Wizard of Oz, and the chance to play a trivia game for prizes. My sister played the trivia game and knew all the answers, but her opponent was faster on the buzzer. Damn!

The costumes were:
a dress Vivien Leigh wore in Gone With the Wind,
Bogie's pants from Treasure of the Sierra Madre,
a dress Liz Taylor wore in Giant,
a dress Jean Hagen wore in Singing in the Rain,
a robe Katherine Hepburn wore in Adam's Rib,
the boxing shorts Deniro wore in Raging Bull,
a dress Judy Garland wore in A Star is Born,
the bathing costume Leslie Caron wore in Gigi,
a shirt James Dean wore in Giant,
an outfit Paul Newman wore in Cool Hand Luke
and a dress Audrey Hepburn wore in My Fair Lady. Whew!

My sister brought her digital camera and took pictures. It was all free and well worth seeing!
