A gepard with kittens
Edited on Sat Jul-30-05 08:58 PM by mogster
Here's some beautiful pictures of this animal:
On edit: Zoological update: it's cheetah's ;-)

This is from the Wash. Zoo, and the gepard is Zasi. The kittens are ten weeks.

1. Gorgeous!
I've never heard of a gepard. Is it a cross?

7. It may be
I don't know if that perhaps may be the English name, in Norw. they're just called gepards.

On second thought, you're right ;-)

10. Lol, that probably right - here are the link to the rest
The Norw. language has German origins.

This is from a series here:

15. Saw a show on TV several years ago about a place in Texas where they raise
them. They have a much better breeding record than most other places. The enclosures were narrow but miles long and had a fenced road running through. The feed the critters by having them chase trucks loaded with meat. Seems that the chasing is more like their hunting. Made them happier and that made more babies.
