not Quakers, one is from Ireland. Do have to pay attention to cooking.
Grape-Nuts
The brown cream of wheat, still has the germ. I think a well-know brand is wheatina, I get mine in bulk at co-op.

9. Just about any cereal from Nature's Path
Organic, high in fiber, very lightly naturally sweetened and (except for the granolas) low in calories.

Other faves would include Grape Nuts, Barbara's Peanut Butter Puffins, Cheerios and Kashi Medley.

A much richer chocolate flavor than Cocoa Krispies. I've heard that if you put the vanilla soy milk on them it's really good too.

For some reason, anything but bran flakes at breakfast wrecks my stomach. Go figure.
