.. and eat way too much of it I'm afraid - but I suffer no temptation to add any pork to my tuna sandwich.

I like my RDA of mercury to come from "clean" sources :)

25. Cheese and fish don't mix
at least not in my opinion. Neither do sugar and fish. I once ate at a restaurant that served a red snapper smothered in cheddar cheese with a type of sweet syrupy butterscotch sauce poured over that. Just looking at that and smelling that was enough to cut my appetite. Only in America.
