I have to say that show has the most amazing use of music I've ever seen on a TV show. For those who saw last night's ep, wasn't that final dream sequence the creepiest use of "Strawberry Letter 23?" I don't think I'll ever hear that song the same way again...
And when Nate went into Lisa's car after they found it at the coast...and they played Rundgren's "I saw the light" - perfect tune.
I also remnember them doing a Radiohead tune when Nate burned the sheets from his and Lisa's bed....

We've kept up with them via DVD's and how have HBO just in time to see the last episodes.
You're right, the music is perfect.

but the whole damn show! I can't believe how well it is written and how awesome it is - and that THIS IS IT!!! I am so bummed! I must say you are way more muscially attuned than I am - but now that you've mentioned it - I'm going to have to pay more attention in the encore presentation tonight!
