In the original Batman movie there is a scene where the Joker's henchmen are defacing paintings and otherwise ruining a fancy restaurant. A painting is defaced by paint. A few seconds later, that same painting is untouched.
There are millions of these and it's fun to find them on tv and in the movies. Tell us the ones you got a laugh from.

1. Billions and billions, and there's a whole

site dedicated to them (nitpickers.com, or something like that, and other sites), but one of my all-time favorites, a true classic, is the little VW beetle that somehow keeps getting ahead of Steve McQueen's Mustang during the legendary San Francisco car-chase scene in Bullit.

2. I always look at liquid levels in glasses

Nearly full face on and nearly empty on a back shot, then they switch back and forth. Full, empty. Full, empty. The one example that was so glaringly obvious (because it was supposed to be a tumbler of vodka) was in the ultra horrible "Morning After" with Jane Fonda and someone else.

Cigarettes are a hard thing for continuity, too.

3. Not an edit but a gaff...Shawshank Redemption

"Andy crawled to freedom through 500 yards of shit... just shy of half a mile; "

500 yrds is a hell of a lot closer to a 1/4 mile than it is to a 1/2 mile.

4. Krakatoa,East of Java

Not much to say. The film is awful. First, Krakatoa was WEST of Java, you'd think they could get that right. The story is non existant, the acting abysmal. There appears to be no direction and the editing, especially when the boat is trying to get away from the Island, is laughable. One moment the boat is heading away from the island and then towards it, then east, then west. Awful I gave it 1 because you don't have 0.

7. Ok, I see your Manos and raise you a Black Devil Doll From Hell

When the demonic mannequin would blow smoke out it's mouth you could se down his throat to the actor blowing the smoke.

6. North By Northwest

Where the little boy in the background covers up his ears before the gunshot, before anyone even knows there's a gun in the room. That scene shoulda been reshot. (So to speak)
