They are replacing the roof here at my uncle's house

I didn't realize that they were starting today nor did I realize that it would be this loud. It's a minor miracle that I didn't impale my foot walking over a pile of shingles to get into the house, and now my little cousin (who I'm watching) is going stir crazy because she can't really go outside and play. I'm slowly going crazy myself with all the incessant pounding on the roof

2. My aunt is going to be home in about an hour or so

and then they are going somewhere up in North Jersey. It's best I be here when she gets home. However if I knew it was going to be this bad, I would have taken her to my house, although she would have still complained about the lack of things to play with. At least it would be quiet
