Amazon.com has 8 reviews confirming the same thing: The people who put the DVD set together used syndicated versions of the episodes; meaning ~3 minutes is chopped out of each and every episode.

At $50 MSRP :wtf: or ~$35 street (which is STILL very overpriced for a half-hour show containing 24 episodes), you're going to get royally ripped off.

2. Honestly, I thought the show was pretty lame

Certainly not "worst show ever" material, but at the very least unfunny and contrived. IMO Bill Cosby peaked in the 70's and has been going downhill ever since.

I wont buy it, but not because it uses syndicated cuts.
