I think I pulled an abdominal muscle
I did my ab workout this morning, but I'm feeling a pull just below my right breast.... ouch!

4. Did that after being out of the gym for 5 weeks
Tried to do 60 crunches as usual. Not a good idea. Didn't even know you could pull that muscle.

5. Is it constant or just when you move a certain way?
The only reason why I ask is your gall bladder is in that area and if you are having an attack, it could be mistaken for something else.

7. I don't have a gall bladder anymore
but you're right, the pain is in that area. It's only when I move, though.
