I never know how to respond to that.

Once I was waiting for the newspapers to be dropped off so I could start my paper route. I hear this female voice say "hi". I jumped about a kilometer and started looking around. Where was this girl who was saying hi to me? Finally I see a girl across the street, but I have no idea who she is. Why would she be saying hi to me? But I figure I should wave and say hi back since I had just done a back-flip at the sound of her voice. So for the next couple months she and her friend, who was on my route, would yell "hi" to me from across the street as I passed her house. They were 8th graders and I was a HS junior but she was dating a guy in my class.

So what do you say after hello?

I woke up a couple times during the night aching all over. I don't know why, I NEVER have problems sleeping, but last night I did. I got up around 5:15 (work this morning), and here I am now! I feel MUCH better now too, thank you very much!

61. We are responsible for the store for...

the entire time it's open. In my case, 10am to 9 pm. I don't have to work that whole time, but, I close some days, then turn around and have to be back there at 9am to get the store ready to open the next morning. We NEVER have the same two days off and can go 10 to 12 days without a day off sometimes. Like I said, we just have weird schedules.

Contacts take a while to get used to, but they are great, because you can still wear nice sunlgasses. ;)

Yeah, the train system is pretty good here. In 2001 I went from Charlotte to NYC with Amtrak. It was very interesting. For example that you were only allowed on the track when the train was there. Too bad the trip was over night, so I didn't see much.
