Can someone help me with a quote?

I am trying to quote Thomas Jefferson when he said something along the lines of "you are crazy if you give up your freedom for security." Does anyone know the exact quote? This is for a school paper I'm writing.

Something like: Those who would give up their liberty for security deserve neither."
