Don't forget... he doesn't just get 5 weeks for the entire year. This if 5 weeks straight. He's already had a vacation this year and I am sure he'll take another one before the year is out.

On a personal note...
I miss the job I had in the 90s. I got comp time for overtime hours worked at time-and-a-half. I used to take off about 7 weeks a year. :D ...didn't make much money though.
