A magnificent set of movies...and before those, way before those, were the books!

Have you read them? If you haven't...you've missed something really grand and incredible...So much more than the movies...And the movies were wonderful, IMHO...

2. Frodo and Sam were much older in the books,
and they sure like their booze too. Yes,both books and movies were awesome.

I could not continue reading for some time...I thought he'd died, and I could NOT take it...

And I ALWAYS had a thing for Aragorn...:blush:

4. As a guy,I thought all the casting in the movie was brilliant.
Judging by the women DUers they liked Mortensen,Bean and Bloom quite a lot.
