Fourth floor ledge and no safety harness
Cooling consumption
Workers carefully remove an airconditioning unit on the fourth floor of a commercial building in Beijing on Monday. Airconditioning during hot and humid weather is contributing to an electricity shortage expected to reach 25 million kilowatt-hours in China this summer, according to state media.
