Advice for headline for resume on monster.com
My wife has been looking for a job for a little while now - hopefully, now that she should have her green card soon, things will pick up for her.

But, they re-formatted monster.com a few months back and my wife updated her resume online and has gotten very few hits the past several months since the changes. I think maybe 16 or so.

The headline on her resume is something like:
"Experienced MBA in global procurement and sourcing"

that is not it exactly, but it is along those lines.

What should I advise her to do to get more "hits", as I should think she'd get a ton of interest having 2 master's degrees and having the ability to speak both English & Chinese in the global economy. But, she has not had much luck recently.

Thanks!

2. I don't know how to operate automatic weapons
That should do the trick, it makes them feel safe.

5. Headline hints
To get more hits (views) keep changing your headline every few days. People get used to seeing it, so keep it fresh.

Try to tailor it to the kinds of employers you want. So what kinds of jobs does she want? Are you willing to relocate to China?

6. depends on the job
My wife would have no trouble finding a job in China... hopefully for a US company as a US salary, though. $80,000-$90,000 a year in Connecticut is pretty good, but you could live like a king in most of China for that amount...

I'm sure speaking English, I'd have no trouble finding a job teaching conversational English to college students, or working as an accounting supervisor at a US or European company there.

My only concern would be our almost 30 month old daughter.
