Vague song description...need help.

I'm not sure if anyone can help me as what I'm about to give you is probably the most vague song description ever. But hell, why not give it a shot? I've heard the song many times, so it's not new. However I don't remember any lyrics and only the original opening of it.

From what I can remember it starts with a woman's voice (or a very high man's voice) going ahhahaahahahahaha. If that makes sense? Basically a loooong drawn out AHAH sound.

That's it.

I won't hold my breath that anyone knows what I'm talking about...but I can hope! :)
