Note to self...buy some powdered creamer for emergencies.

1. Terrible, isn't it? I've tried it before :)
Unfortunately in most powdered creamers there's lactose; I have a lactose intolerance.

2. I'm also lactose intolerant, but can handle small amounts of dairy
without the...ahem...effects.

6. I can, too, but those powdered creamers I can't handle.
Like most other processed food. I have to cook everything from scratch.
In coffee I normally use lactose free milk. In emergencies normal milk.

i recently switched to rice milk from 2 years on soy milk and i am digging the change. :headbang:
