I'll never be able to enjoy calamari knowing that it could be Squiddy the dead squid from Sundog's recommended squidcam.

What restitution do I deserve from him?

6. OK, here's how it works

Before SUING anyone for duress, you should see a doctor as you will need an expert witness. If you can't find one, look in the Yellow Pages. Go see a shrink who will say that the proximate cause of your duress is the Squid Cam. He also needs to be willing to testify that any reasonable person would have similar reactions to yours after seeing it. We will also need to prove that Sundog knew or should have known that the Squid Cam was damaging and that he is the responsible party for Squid Cam...of course if we find more than one responsible party (hey, maybe we can find ten) we can sue them all and all their John Doe's and DBA's. Deep pockets are always good in non-meritorious cases.

Maybe you will also get physical manifestations such as irritable bowel syndrome or peptic ulcers. Those always are good...judges like to see INJURY and it's hard to see in a Psych report. Oh..and if you get married that will help too...just don't screw the guy....tell him it's because of Squid Cam and we can sue for loss of consortion as well.

10. Explosive diarrhea is always good in stress cases
It grosses out the defense, so they just pay so they don't have to take a depo and hear about it.
