what it was. It was something involving American society and me wondering if it's something the government should be involved in or not.

It was a wonderfully serious question, but I wasn't on DU at the time, and I said it over and over to myself so I wouldn't forget it.

Fuck. That was on Tuesday, and I haven't been able to think of it again.

And it was the kind of question/idea that I think DUers would be fairly evenly split on either pro or con.
