The eyes seem reverse, left for right. The distance between the tear ducts area and the bridge of the nose is too great.

Still, mighty cool looking. I'd be disturbed at seeing that done in real life, were it possible.

Judging from my knowledge of human anatomy, the optic nerve isn't that long, so you definitely wouldn't be able to do that. Not to mention that the skull openings for the eyes are (correct me if I'm wrong) a little smaller than the eyeballs themselves.

So yeah, not possible.
