1. Oj mixed into some water with a shake of lite salt that has potassium
will probably help a little. Get hydrated and make sure that potassium, magnesium, calcium gets into your system. Will help the muscles some and keep your heart happy.

nice views from up there?

I live near the Adirondack's (New York State). They're nowhere near as good as the Rockies, but they're still awesome. I've never done anything like that, though. I can't wait until I do. Good job! :thumbsup:
