Coconuts suck. My worst birthday cake ever was when I was first married and my mother-in-law made me her favorite cake--a German chocolate cake, which, as you probably know, not only has coconut on it, it has slimy coconut on it.

Of course I had to eat some, it was my first b-day with the "new" family and she made the damn thing from scratch. x(

I always look forward to birthday cake, and once, at work, they threw a party for my 21st, and brought a white cake with white icing and coconut ALL over the inside and outside. I ate some too, but I didn't WANT to.
