Malignant Narcissism. I heard that's what Saddam has. That this, that type of disorder is worse than a socio-path. Is that true?

I think some Mental Health had began to distinguish the Sociopath from one who has Mal. Nar. It's probably been in the past years though. Maybe I'm wrong though.

and his flight-suit prance, and ridiculous Truman Capote pose at Christmas, and hilarious cowboy outfits on a man deathly afraid of horses, smack of narcissism to me.
