We keep getting calls from collection agencies and attorneys for some idiot named John Buck, who apparently used to have our number. Mr. Buck seems to have gotten himself into a spot of trouble. The most recent message indicates that he is refusing to surrender a 2001 Trans Am, in violation of the Texas Penal Code. I am getting sick of this and have been forced to record a greeting informing callers that John Buck is not at our number and to PLEASE update their records.

1. Some asshole named 'Brad' gave out my cell phone # one night

I assume at a bar or party. I keep getting calls from girls asking for Brad (one girl has called more that once). Brad must've been some hot commodity to get all these girls to call him....I hope he uses a different fake # next weekend! :grr:

Tell those gals something along these lines: Hey honey, he is MARRIED with three kids, and he musta been drunk and gave out the wrong number, because I am his second ex-wife and he is seven months late on the child support! OR--If you find him, call me, he stole money from me! OR--Watch out for that nasty STD he has, he still hasn't seen a doctor!!!

When people do thoughtless stuff like that, they deserve to get jerked around in return!

3. Well, you could always screw with them

If they ask "Is this John Buck?" Say "Who wants to know this time?" Let them bug you to death, then sue them for harrassment! Tell them right upfront that you are going to sue them...if it is legal for one party recording, record the threats and late night calls without their knowledge, if not, advise them that they are being recorded (your call may be recorded!!!)....you could be rich if the right person says the wrong thing!
