I've got about 2 pounds of Thai Dragon peppers

can somebody help me come up with a jam/jelly recipe for them? These things are HOT. I mean, not that creeping-up-on-you hot, but kick-you-in-the-balls hot.

I was thinking something along these lines:

Ginger
Blood Oranges
Lemons
Thai Dragon Peppers

A sweet jelly? Hadn't thought of that - I know you are supposed to use vinegar (cook it out) with pepper jellies to "cut" the heat to user-friendly, and you can also use an apple jelly as a base in which to add the other ingredients.
