It's a gorgeous 22-karat hammered gold bangle that my brothers-in-law in Pakistan made for me. It doesn't fit tightly when on, but it's hard as the devil to take off. Guess I'll soap up and have yet another go!

Wind it around your hand (I assume that is where the hang up is) and stick one end of it under the bangle. Gently pull the end under the bangle and the thing should sort of 'screw off' your hand.
Have seen this work on tight rings stuck on fingers. Might work for you and your bangle
