3. Sounds like short-timer's malaise...
Hard to get motivated when you have a two-week vacation coming up in a few days, I guess.

Here, have a little snack and some coffee...

I could bring up yesterday's discussion regarding my request for "souvenirs" from your vacation. Maybe that would get your blood up a little bit.

When I was a kid, we had a big Hoya at home. Blossomed very often. It got lost at a moving. Don't know what happened to it. So I always wanted a new one for my apt. Couple of weeks I got a plant from my aunt's neighbor :D

39. Ahhhh...I have an actual house.
Edited on Wed Aug-10-05 07:53 AM by GOPisEvil
Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room kitchen/dining room. It takes me a while to clean it all at once.

Yard work is at least another hour. It's a small yard. Now, if I pull weeds...more time.

40. no such luxury here
it is more common in Germany to rent an apt than to own a house. But there are a lot of people who have their own house.

41. There are days that I regret it.
But here there are tax advantages to owning a house.

I'd rather live in a big city in an urban apartment, I think.

46. I'm tied to it.
If I think about moving, I have to consider selling my house, which isn't always easy. Plus, if something expensive breaks, I have to pay for it. :(
