There's a very good reason not to fill-in the little box which asks for one's mobile number.....

Call and do a followup letter. CC your state and federal representatives. Anyone who gets spam and hates it should do that.

while there is no harm in putting yourself on the no call list, there is no master list of numbers being created to sell to telemarketers. there simply isn't. The only list being created will be avaliable only through dialing 411, and you have to ask to be listed.
