It's just important. Makes me nervous.

I actually interview really well (so I'm told- although I do remember messing one up by mentioning problems I had at work in the run-up to the Iraq War :P Domino's Pizza, for criminy's sake).

I'm still kind of green, but I adapt well and I've learned quite a bit at my internship/volunteer position. It's tough to judge how honest you want to be during the interview. I think it's important to show a willingness to look at one's self, but you don't want to seem like you lack confidence (and, again, I'm kind of new). It's a fine line to walk.
