I got the kids home from the first day of school and spent one hour filling out and signing forms. All those forms, there should be a car involved!

They kill me though. Emergency medical form, permission to use internet, permission for them to give out my children's name, address and phone number - NO, I DON'T THINK SO, permission to allow them to use my children for promoting the school - print or video. I don't give them blanket permission for that, which is all that the form allows for. I write on the form that they should contact me if they want to use my children for any purpose.

The best one yet - WHEN did this come back??

Permission for the school to use corporal punishment - spanking and/or paddling. I checked no, I'll spank my own children, thank you.

they ought to call ir Corporeal Punishment

They're not doing it to my kids. Too many times they go overboard and kids end up either dead or very close to it.
