That used to happen to me at my apartment building all the time. Around the front of the building there were signs that showed a horn with a slash through it and they still did it.

I mean, ok you can't speak English but a horn with a slash through it you should be able to interpret, right?

5. Used to happen at an apartment complex I lived at. I cured it.

I lived right above the entrance of the building on the 5th floor. I had a balconey and I bought extra eggs when I went to the store and left them out. You would be amazed at how many people would get out of their car after a rotten egg hits the hood! Sure its an asshole thing to do to someones car but I was just coming down to the standard they set for themselves.
