The Shining.
Yesterday I drove up to Yosemite right behind a car that was a dead ringer for the Torrence's car in the Shining, and I was laughing my ass off. It was like being in the film.

1 - Lost Highway, if you consider it to be a horror film...that one weirded me out more than The Shining (which I had here originally).
2 - Not really sure what you mean by horrific...
3 - Way too many to pick just one
4 - Friday the 13th
5 - Kwaidan instantly comes to mind
