after a concert in Great Falls, MT, several of my Aunts met Merle Haggard and a few other country stars. My Aunt ended up dating him a few times. But, my cousin, who is a musician, sort of retired now and went back to school, ended up getting in real good with some of those guys. At the time he was maybe like 18. (this was about 1990, maybe?) So not long afterwards he got to go travel on a trip with the Kentucky Headhunters when they had some concerts up around your way. I think he hit a trip when they swept up to Calgary, Edmonton a few places like that. That's about all I can remember. It's been a while since I heard the whole story.
