I hate sore noses!

I have a sinus infection and I was told to blow my nose to get it out and now I have a sore nose! ARGH!

1. Try some lotion.

I use the Puffs plus with lotion, but just applying lotion seperately should help.

3. When you are NOT blowing it, ICE it.. No kidding

hold a cube (within a baggie) on the sore part.. and mentholatum helps too:)

8. I avoid a sore nose when I have even the worst of colds by

using handkerchiefs, not tissue, to blow with! Yeah, yeah, some people think its "gross", but it's the only thing that works. A nice, regular, no-frills handkerchief will keep your nose FAR more free from redness and irritation than the most over-marketed and over-priced aloe-infused ultra-soft premium sensitive-nose kleenex you can find!
