I am tiring of taunting Delaware about toll roads. What else can I use?

Like I said, we have tollbooths to keep the trolls out. Pennsylvanians are free to come and go into our state along with Marylanders who know how to pass a simple IQ test (That test being how do I get from MD to DE without taking the 95 toll booth - if you can't figure that out we don't want your genes contimating our gene pool)
